If they only knew

By Vladimir Huber

Children, the ones that start;
how greatly get destroyed,
in the name of the law,
and of course, of love.
Children, the ones that didn’t know,
that their punishment was ready,
before they showed up.
Little hands asking for mercy,
but we know better.

We have the experience,
that they didn’t need.
We have the knowledge,
that will help us to destroy them.
If they only knew,
that the welcome
is just a tradition,
they would look for better places.
